Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real time through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Free Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code required. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and cannot be combined with expedited or priority shipping options.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through major national carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is made to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for your order.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii
  • We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
  • We do not currently offer international shipping
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited or priority orders — standard shipping to PO Boxes is available

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately at info@herbandheal.store with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Damaged orders: Please include a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
  • Lost orders: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Missing items: If your order is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will ship the missing item at no charge.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Herb & Heal is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@herbandheal.store — we can only make address changes before an order is dispatched.
