30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Herb & Heal purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused — in its original, sealed condition
- In original packaging — resealable pouch must be intact and undamaged
- Within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase required — your order confirmation email or receipt
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. This applies to all dietary supplements and herbal powders. If you have a quality concern with an opened product, please contact us directly — we will make it right on a case-by-case basis.
How to Start a Return
Contact us before sending anything back:
Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@herbandheal.store with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue promptly — either through a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return damaged or defective items in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened dietary supplements or herbal powders
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Sale items and items purchased with discount codes
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement product is to:
- Contact us to initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To qualify, the item must be in its original, unopened condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Contact us at info@herbandheal.store to initiate your EU return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider
- You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@herbandheal.store and we will investigate immediately.
